Hi Ashley. We would just like to say that since we started using your company to repair our damaged wheels, it has saved our business time and money and has also sped up the process of getting these vehicles out of the shop in a timely manner. Waiting for a new or used wheel was really slowing everything down when we would get the wrong wheel in or the used one we would get looked worse than the damaged one on the car ! But now, thanks to all of you, we make a phone call and the guys are out here the same day if not the very next day. They do a wonderful job repairing the wheels on the spot and we have never had a complaint by a customer. We first used your service here at Chapel Hill Tire Car Care Center (Carrboro) for cosmetic repair on a set of alloy Audi wheels. The job you guys performed on these wheels was phenomenal! My customer was amazed that you could do such a good job without having to remove the wheels from the vehicle. The work and service provided by Rim Guard is top notch. As a Porsche dealer the clients expect the best, and Rim Guard provides that with their quality. Most all of our rims that are either bent or have curb damage can be taken care of at 1/2 the price of a new one. The service field techs work very well with the dealer and are always willing to step up and take care of what ever is needed. Depending situations, very little to no down time causing a customer to be put out or inconvenienced. If I have a rim bent or curbed up, I know who I'm calling! Thanks for all you guys do.
